Casa Namal is a lovely hotel right across from the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, spacious and modern. AC blows super cold. Good WiFi.
AMAZING boutique hotel! I was a litte nervous about staying here being our first time to Mexico…but the people were amazing! staff was so friendly & helpful. The decor is absolutely adorable & it’s literally across the street from the ferry! Breakfast is included as well (which I loved!) 10/10 recommend!
Pretty cute place but you get what you paid for. The good- price, location, air conditioning, service and cleanliness. The less good- the bed isn’t super comfortable and is on pallets. There are only sheets no blanket. (Small holes from wear in the top sheet and a pillow case) The shower is a hand held shower head with no holder. Decent for a night or two which is what we are doing but not ideal for a long stay for us.
You ever wondered what does it feel like to sleep on wooden pallets? That was kinda strange but it wasnt uncomfortable at all. The floor was very slippery for some reason and there were a lot of ants. I would give 5 stars if it wasnt for the ants because the room is quite nice. The breakfast is pretty good too.

Came here for breakfast and it was very delicious! The hotel is very beautiful and the service is amazing. Michelle is a great host. I can’t wait to go back for breakfast again. Next time we planning staying here. It is a wonderful hidden gem!
